The RunWell Clinic

RunWell Mobility is a weekly class that incorporates yoga type multi joint stretches, myofascial release techniques and provides training on how to correctly use tools such as mobility bands and foam rollers.

Our RunWell Clinic team, made up of Chartered Physiotherapists and a Sport’s Scientist, will teach you how to use these tools and techniques to help improve the movement in your joints and muscles.  This in turn will decrease the likelihood of common injuries occurring, as well as encouraging a better overall feeling.

We as humans, and athletes, need to be able to care for our body so that we can move better, feel better and be better.  RunWell Mobility Class is designed to help you do this by discovering new areas to mobilise, to make sure you’re doing it correctly, help answer any questions you may have and to educate you about your body.

Classes are taken in our fully equipped gym and we keep class numbers very small, thus ensuring that each participant gets the individual attention that they require.
