RunWell Reformers

This high energy class is aimed at runners of all levels or anyone looking to improve their overall fitness levels through a combination of Strength and Conditioning exercises.  The class will focus on pelvic and core stability and single-leg exercises with the use of Reformer Jump Boards.


Suitable once you have completed 6-10 Level 1 Classes.


(Credits for Reformer Level 1 or Level 2 Classes can be used to purchase RunWell Reformer Classes)
