Banded Shoulder Extension

*Stand and tie an elastic in front of you at waist level

*Hold tightly both ends of the elastic in both hands

*Slightly flex the elbows

*Keep the elbows at the same angle, keeping the torso stable and shoulder down, pull the elastic back as far as possible thinking of pulling the shoulder blades down and together and arms back.

*Slowly return to the start position and repeat.

*Do 3 sets of 8-12 reps
