Low Back Pain – 180 For Better Health

Low back pain is multifactorial, many different things cause and influence low back pain, this is not just limited to our physical parts and how they move together but also factors such as how we perceive our low back pain, our beliefs towards it and how it impacts our ability to do what we want to do from day to day. This all needs to be addressed in an effective rehabilitation program. That being said we also do need to address the Physical side.
