We understand that starting an exercise programme can be a daunting prospect.   A personal training session at JT Physiotherapy offers one-to-one training in a private gym with Liam Leech, our highly qualified personal trainer.

  • BSc. (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science – Loughborough University

What can I expect?

During your initial consultation Liam will work with you, gathering the information required to design a personalised, comprehensive fitness programme.   You will also agree upon primary goal for undertaking this programme, whether that is weight management, performance or health related.  Liam will work with you to set short term achievable goals that will ensure you are consistently moving forward.

You’ll be training in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere where you will enjoy complete privacy while you work with Liam towards attaining your goals.

How many sessions will I need?

This is entirely down to you.  If the goal is time sensitive, for example, you want to fit into an outfit for an upcoming occasion; obviously you will reach your goal quicker by completing three or more sessions per week.  However this is not always necessary and is down to personal preference.   Some people will get excellent results with one to two sessions per week if they are following a healthy eating plan and undertake some light physical activity on the days they are not training in the gym.
