JOHNNY LOUGHREY

Chartered Physiotherapist
Johnny received his BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 2009, and he successfully finished his Masters (MSc) in Sport's Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in 2016.

Alongside his academic achievements, Johnny possesses vast experience in physiotherapy, having worked in various public and private settings.

Johnny secured a spot within the esteemed roster of Ireland's Outstanding Young People for 2018, earning recognition as one of the top 10 individuals.

KIERAN SASIADEK
Chartered Physiotherapist
In 2012, Kieran obtained an honourable degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford in the UK. Throughout his academic journey, he gained practical experience through placements at the NHS and Burnley Football Club. Additionally, he dedicated his time as a voluntary Physiotherapist at the John Amaechi basketball pro-camp and in Uganda with Teams4U.

Kieran relocated to Singapore following graduation and spent three years employed at a public hospital.

Subsequently, Kieran worked at private clinics for six years. Over the past two years, Kieran assumed the position of Clinical Educator, overseeing and guiding newly graduated individuals, providing personalized training and professional education to facilitate their growth.
Kieran holds membership in the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and is registered with CORU.
To enhance his professional growth, Kieran has successfully fulfilled various continuing education requirements:
  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, Level 1 Strength, and Conditioning Coach.
  • Diploma in Football Medicine (FIFA)
  • Dry Needling Introductory (CPD Health Courses)
  • Level 3 Sports Massage (VTCT)
Kieran is an active Rugby player and holds a membership at Letterkenny Rugby Club. Throughout the Rugby season, he dedicates 2-3 sessions per week to strength training, while in the off-season, he steps it up to 3-4 sessions per week.
During his free time, he finds pleasure in watching a variety of sports such as Rugby, Football, GAA, Cricket, Tennis, Baseball, and American football. His sporting interests are diverse, and he is open to spectating nearly any sport. Additionally, he has a penchant for reading, with a particular fondness for crime novels.

RACHEL MOONEY

Chartered Physiotherapist
Rachel is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. Since graduating, Rachel has worked in the private healthcare sector and gained vast experience in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Sports Physiotherapy having worked pitch side for a number of teams. Rachel is also a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor and likes to implement Pilates into her treatment with patients to maximise their rehab potential. She believes that exercise therapy is crucial in achieving optimum results. Alongside her work in JT.

Physiotherapy Rachel also works along with No Barriers Foundation, providing cutting edge Physiotherapy services to assist people with spinal cord injuries, stroke and multiple sclerosis rehabilitate. Rachel is also a Certified Cancer Rehab Physiotherapist, providing individualised, prescribed rehabilitation to those diagnosed with Cancer, helping them function at optimal levels through every stage of their treatment and recovery.




OLIVIA CHADA

Chartered Physiotherapist
In 2016, she graduated with an honours BSc degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow. Following her graduation, Olivia returned to Ireland and spent several years working in a hospital.
Driven by her burgeoning interest in Women's Health, she pursued specialized studies, culminating in her becoming a certified Mumm MOT practitioner in 2020. Building on this foundation, she pursued further education in Women's Health Physiotherapy, completing a Post Graduate program in Women's Health Rehabilitation Studies at Bradford University in 2021.
Her enthusiasms encompass Pilates, with Olivia attaining qualifications as a Reformer Pilates instructor and Mat Pilates instructor, specializing in pre and postnatal Pilates, alongside her physiotherapy studies. Her fervour lies in the realm of Women's Health and Pilates for pre and postnatal women.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia nurtures a deep passion for travel, particularly relishing road trips.


Aiveen LAVERY

Chartered Physiotherapist
Aiveen graduated from Teesside University with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy, coming top of her academic year. She has gained extensive clinical experience across a variety of private and public health systems. Aiveen is registered with CORU, the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Aiveen has experience working with high performance elite athletes and teams across a broad range of sports. She has worked with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) and was involved with the Irish Universities medical team which travelled to Taipei, Taiwan for the World university Games in 2017. She has a special interest in the management of lower limb injuries.

Recognising the importance of life-long learning and her dedication to ongoing professional development, she completed her master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine at Ulster University in 2021.

TEGAN WILSON
Chartered Physiotherapist

Tegan, who holds an honours BSc degree in Physiotherapy from Ulster University, has recently completed her studies. Throughout her academic journey, she also obtained a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and became a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body.



Passionate about offering rehabilitation for various injuries and enhancing overall health through exercise.

Tegan is available at both our clinics in Derry and Letterkenny.


JAKE McDEVITT

Chartered Physiotherapist
Jake completed his studies at Manchester Metropolitan University and has been actively practicing as a physiotherapist since August 2021. Presently, he is employed by the western trust alongside JT Physio. Working within a hospital environment has provided him with exposure to a wide range of inpatient, community, and outpatient settings, encompassing areas such as surgical (including ICU), neurology, and orthopaedics. This diverse experience has enabled him to handle complex patient cases and conditions proficiently.

Outside of work, Jake finds pleasure in engaging in regular rugby matches and maintaining a consistent gym routine.
Additionally, he cherishes spending quality time with friends

We understand that starting an exercise programme can be a daunting prospect. A training session at JT Physiotherapy offers one-to-one Personal Training or Reformer Pilates in a private gym with Liam Leech, our highly qualified Personal Trainer and Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor.

Liam gained his BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science Degree at the world-renowned Loughborough University. During this time he became particularly interested in the field of physical fitness and nutrition, in terms of performance and also disease prevention, general health and wellbeing.

 SINEÁD MARTIN

Sinead has been a member of the JT team since 2017, delivering Reformer Pilates classes in group and 1-1 settings where she instills a strong focus on exercise promotion and injury prevention with her clients.

In 2018 Sinead graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching & Performance from LYIT. Upon graduation, Sinead moved to Vancouver Canada for 2 years where she gained experience as a Physiotherapy assistant working with individuals living with neurological-related conditions and injuries.

On her return to Donegal, Sinead re-joined the JT team while completing her MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology at Ulster University, Jordanstown.

Since graduating in 2022 Sinead has also commenced a new role as Health & Wellbeing Programme Coordinator with The No Barriers Foundation where she plans and implements Health & Wellbeing interventions for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Sinead’s hobbies include surfing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.

Reformer Pilates Instructor
Tegan recently graduated from Ulster University with a BSc Degree in Physiotherapy with honours. During her studies she gained a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and qualified with Balanced Body as a Reformer Pilates Instructor.
She is  keen to provide rehabilitation to improve individuals quality of life and overall general health through exercise

Outside of work Tegan enjoys spending time with family, walking her dogs on the beach, and keeping fit by going to the gym and practicing acrobatic dance.
